What is shown is a rocket (a) inside an outer skin (e) if the rocket (a) can blast its way up some guide rails (d) and put force on to two repelling magnet’s (c) then we can apply a energy force to the top of the rocket.

What’s proposed is a free moving rocket inside an outer rocket skin, the free moving rocket can move off its rest position at the back of the outer skin to move up the guide rails (d) once energy is supplied, the guide rails are held in place by the outer skin, now with the rocket thrusting up the rails at a slow controlled thrust it will move the spacer framework (b) and a free moving magnet up the rails towards a fixed magnet fixed to the outer skin, the now repelling magnets are creating an action force to the outer skin and reaction is nullified against the free moving rocket and magnet, the magnets are only there to act as a coushin between inner rocket and outer skin to save collision, there is no great movement of the inner rocket (a) maybe inches to go the distance of the two magnets reaching repelling distance thanks to the spacer framework (b) used.

Although the inner rocket is still working with its thrust from the back we now have the same force applied to the front, now with a much more balanced rocket we can leave earths gravity at a much slower speed by controlling the amount of thrust, by leaving earths gravity at a much reduced speed we can save huge amounts of propellant maybe a big enough saving of propellant to take us that much more distance in outer space.
